First time MF'er
 

Hi Everyone!
I just took the step to order the Medifast plan, after speaking with some of my co-workers. One of them actually is doing it with his wife, who has lost almost 25 lbs in a month, and another co-worker lost like 18 lbs in 8 days!

I am a bit worried going in, because as all of you who have tried the 'shake' craze of the nineties will attest to, im afraid of the gas! I work in an open air environment (vs them in their closed cubes in the back), and dont want to kill my team with farts that could cause sinuses to implode!
Anyone experience this?

Also, any tips, tricks, thoughts, feedback are greatly welcomed!
I have been away from 3FC for a while, and lost about 35-40lbs in the interim, but now im at a stand-still, so Im willing to try anything!

Hi Mixedsoul! Congrats on ordering MF! You will see the weight just drop off your first few weeks. As far as gas I haven't had any.

Yay! I had my first weigh in this afternoon, and i have dropped 10 lbs!!!!!!! Im so excited right now, im cleaning my house! lol
