I just want to do the Happy Dance! I weighed in when I got home and I was down -7.6! This is just Day 4 and I'm so happy! I know the weight loss will slow down but wow I didn't see it coming off this fast! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

I weighed this morning and was already down 6.5 pounds, most of it water I am sure but I really don't care at this point. I will take any loss. :)
