Starting Saturday
 

It's official I will be getting my MF on Friday and I will be starting the program Saturday. I'm nervous and excited! My Bday is April 22 and I hope to have lost 20 pounds in my first 28 days! Anyone else starting on Saturday March 22? :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:

Wish I could be starting with you but I won't have my shipment by then. Looks like I should get my shipment on Monday so I will probably start on Tuesday and not be too far behind you! Keep us posted on how your first few days go!

Hi Shannon! I will totally keep you posted. I was warned that the first 5 pounds will be water weight and I can't wait! I'm going to feel so good!

I did get my shipment and I will be starting tomorrow morning!

Yay!!! Glad you got started gerly1! I was out of town part of friday and saturday and must have got my shipment then. I will be starting on Monday. We already have a family dinner planned for tomorrow so I think I will make Monday my start date!

Hi Gerly1 I'm so glad you decided to start today! I was up every two hours going to the bathroom. This morning I felt weak and now I guess I have the flu. I still started MF b/c that is what I wanted to do. I had a fever of 100.1 and I'm now feeling better this evening. I guess it was a bug. How's your first day going Gerly1?

Going well thanks!!! I get to have my lean and green soon. I have been reading a lot of great recipes and ideas on the mymedifast boards and highly recommend you check it out if you haven't. I also ordered some of the flavor drops and those noodles they talk about over there (I can't spell it LOL) Hope your feeling better soon. I just had the stomache flu myself a week or so ago.
