Who is drinking it and who isn't? I remember the first time I did the program I cut it out completely. I had severe headaches and it was very hard the first week or so. Do you drink caffiene?

I went the first 6 weeks without caffeine. I have started back on SOME, not as much as I used to drink. I did have a horrible headache for only the first three days.

I don't drink it everyday, but I'm a big tea drinker so I have some. I only drink coffee though when I wake up exhausted. Which I think is going to happen a good amount now that it's nearing the end of the semester...
