Newbie!

  • Hi,
    I am new! I am not doing the medifast program, but a medically supervised similar program with shakes, bars, and a lean and green meal. I have been doing it since this sat, and have not been doing the best. I wake up alot in the night wanting to eat, so if I could get past that, I think I would be fine. Any advice?

  • Do you get to eat every 3 hours and can you have your last shake later at night so you aren't so hungry?

    I was really underestimating the lean and green until I bought a scale. If you are not weighing your lean in particular, you might not be eating as much as you should.

    Also, try to get water in. That was hard for me.
