I am going to write all of the "new to me" recipes down and keep them in one book in the kitchen. More likely to use them if they are handy. I really like making granola and oatmeal cookies, too. Then again, I like the oatmeal A LOT, so.....

Not really a 'recipe' but super delicious!

I had a hard time fitting in all my 'green', so I took a cup of spinach and cut it into little bits and shook it with 1 packet of scrambled eggs. I sprayed a pan with cooking spray, and cooked the eggs to just before they got rubbery, then plated them and added about a third of a wedge of the French Onion Light Laughing Cow cheese.

Probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever eaten, even better than some omelets I've made in the past! I didn't use the cheese as a topping, but rather took a bit onto my fork before grabbing some egg. The cheese doesn't seem to melt too well.

My recipes are not as elaborate as many listed here, but I did find a couple of solutions to get down some of the items that came in the variety pack.

Vanilla Iced Coffee
8 oz. cold coffee (I make extra in the morning and keep it in the frig)
1 MF vanilla shake
1 c. ice
Put all ingredients in a blender.

Chicken with Wild Rice Soup was very bland to me. I added a chicken boulion cube and now I look forward to it.

I tried this Basic Shake Cake recipe today, but used the strawberry shake mix. It was awesome! I will try banana next time. Thanks for posting.

optional/to taste: 1 packet splenda (i use stevia)

Mix ingredients in a bowl. It will be a thick batter. smooth it out flat to cover the bottom of the bowl. The bottom of the bowl will be the size of your cake. it comes out more like a thick pancake. I microwave mine for 1 minute but I have a wimpy microwave. You can play with the ingredient amounts until you get a consistency you like. Some recipes have more egg beaters, up to 2 to 3 tbsp, I just use more water to save on the lean and stay OP.
For the "cinnabon" version add
1tbsp ICBINB
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Definitely makes for a nice change from shakes all the time. Banana shakes made for a really nice cake.

I made the more like "real" pancakes today. I added a half a teaspoon of baking soda to it. They turned out really well I was very happy with them.

I started adding the boulion cubes to the wild rice soup because I just could not stand it. It makes it 100 x better!

This really isn't a recipe, but I use cold coffee in place of the water when I have a Swiss Mocha Shake. I add ice and blend in my Magic Bullet. It's my version of a Starbucks Frappacino.

Woohoo! I don't have to give up Starbucks after all. Thanks for sharing.

HELP! I am horrified by the peach and rasberry iced tea drink/meals. Anyone have an idea of how I can make them consumable?

Smile Lean and Green Recipe Source

Gotta love Stacey Hawkins and her Lean and Green cookbook.

She is a TV cook who was successful on program and wrote a super easy LG cookbook for the rest of us.

Her company is Time Savor Gourmet. Just google her or the company and you'll find it.

I like it because they are family friendly meals and use simple ingredients (she has a spice blend line that makes great food too) and everyone eats them so I'm only cooking once.

Don't know about the rest of you, but I'm tired of chicken!! lol

After cooking the medifast chilli, mix in or top it with Salsa. It was so yummy today!

I have a question - When I mixed the medifast pancake mix with 1/4 cup of water, I was able to make 1 (one) approx. 4" pancake. However, the package states that it should make at least three. Is it me?
