I just picked this up.. has anyone read it yet?

This is an excellent book!! If you have the chance please check it out! It's not a diet book or anything like that, she's not preaching, it's just a plethora of great information about our amazing bodies!!

I'm not convinced of buying it after reading some reviews. It seems it's like most celebs books, full of nonsense and written by someone else. But, I would be curios to hear more from others who have read it (with some details if possible)- maybe I will change my opinion and actually get it.
