New to the forum, 3-year maintainer

I lost most of my weight summer 2008-summer 2009 when I reached my goal weight. I've kept it off since then. I used to have a blog with pictures but I've gotten a new computer since then and lost it all.

Looking forward to getting some good maintenance tips here!
