Just wanted to send a quick hello to all of you awesome maintainers! I'm super excited to join you all. I've never lost a significant amount of weight in the past so I've never had to maintain it. In fact, since I was little, my weight has climbed about 20 or so pounds every year until I started losing weight last year at 20. So yeah, I've never maintained my weight EVER lol. But with all of the tools and the system I have in place now, I'm confident in my ability to maintain, I just know that I want all of the support I can get!

Congratulations on your incredible weight loss! I am so incredibly impressed that you conquered your weight at age 20 - you now have a glorious slender adulthood to enjoy (for comparison, I didn't figure it out until age 35!).

I read your post about your first day of maintenance being on track and like normal - you are well on your way to being a successful maintainer! I found it was a little scary to eat a little more and start adding in a few treats, but I took it slow and steady and everything turned out just fine.

This definitely is a great bunch of people and I credit them with my success at maintaining, I don't know if I could do it without the generous and positive support of the folks here. I need the community and daily accountability!
