Default New as well!

Through a change in lifestyle (I refuse to call it dieting), I went from 150lbs in 2005 to approximately 110lbs (maintained for the past 6 months) with a 15% bodyfat due to healthy eating, minimal cardio (20 min 3x week) and strength training. I went from a 20 minute mile in high school (what SHOULD have been my peak!) to sub-8 minute miles. I used to have asthma as well which has seem to have disappeared. I also now have ab definition and can perform 50+ pushups and 100 crunches in a row. In high school, I got tired walking up a flight of stairs. I'm turning 23 soon.

I hope I can share my changes with others here so they can have great results too. I credit 95% of my physical shape to proper eating choices.
