Spaghetti Squash?

Does anyone have any good recipies including Spaghetti Squash? I like it very much, but haven't seen too many recipies including it.

Sarah, Do you ever watch food network? There is a show called take it off and host of the show made and italian dinner using spaghetti squash in place of pasta, it looked yummy.
If you go to www.foodnetwork.com you will find the recipie for this under take it off and also under calorie commando.. they are both good shows..
