help... i cant find my oopsie bread recipe... the one i found online and made was NOT good at all.....
help pls....:o

this is the one I use. I was only able to make the buns successfully once. I use this recipe and put the batter in muffin tins and bake for the same amount of time. If you look in the comments, the one with parmesan, garlic and oregano is awesome!!

I am trying these tonight. The only think I really ever miss are sandwiches and hamburgers on a bun!

if you can get the meringue right, the buns work really well for burgers and they were not soggy :)

I can't stomach these "buns". They don't even have the consistency of bread! They look good - but that's where the fantasy ends :)

I just posted a really good biscuit that blows these buns out of the water. And they have the exact consistency of white flour bread - except there is no flour in them. Enjoy!
