Tyson Buffalo Style Wings
 

Had these yesterday for dinner, 4 pieces and only one carb. They were pretty darn good if I do say so. And they weren't hot, just a little tingly feeling on the lips but thats it. YUM

If you have a little more time, it's also very easy to bake or fry up some chicken wing pieces and dip them in Frank's Red Hot sauce. Super yummy and incredibly low carb.

You know there aren't to many hot sauces I like, had one the other day at a family take out place and it was edible. Can't tell you how many bottles I've thrown out. Besides everything taste better when some one else cookes it... so Star, wanna whip me up a batch ? ;) ;) ;)

I like the Banquet honey bbq wings. These have been a lifestyle-saver for me. They do have 10 g of carbs/serving, but they don't seem to be hindering my weight loss.
