I have seen the acronym ANA in a lot the Atkins talk. What does this mean?

TOM = time of the month

DADR = Dr Atkins Diet Revolution
DANDR = Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution
SF = Sugar Free
AS = Artificial Sweetener
VLC = Very Low Carb

Well, now you have me thinking about it -- maybe I should leave SW in too, as I'm sure there are people here who have EX's who are re-married (we have some SW's in our family).

BTW, I didn't realize that a step-wife could be both of those you mentioned; we learn something here every day. ;)
