Default Does this sound ok?

I'm going to try a new low carb diet.
100 grams of protein
95 grams of fat
50 - 70 carbs
(Yes I know this also causes a calorie restriction. My doctor is aware)
I just want to make sure it'll be enough protein, fat, etc.
I'm not a super active person and my job isn't a very strenuous one. I do walk maybe 45ish minutes a few times a week.
Most fats will come from healthy fats

I keep hearing low carb, higher protein diets can be bad for your kidneys?

Seems ok to me. Based on my cals that will put you at about 1540-1850 calories per day, so not hideously drastic. And it looks like your doctor is on board, so I guess you are good to go!
