Default need help!!

I feel that all my weight comes from carbs so i need to cut on it. But i am not much familiar with low-carb diets. Do i need to stop eating breads(bran) as wel? and what about pop corn, roasted chickpeas, can i take it as a snack during a low carb diet? If someone can provide me a rough diet chart of low-carb maybe i will be able to figure out what to eat and what not :/

There are many forms of "low carb" diets. It all depends on what you are willing to do. I am on Atkins and have been on it for over 8 years now. I do not eat bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and basically, I stick to meat, veggies, salads, eggs & chesses. I personally do not eat popcorn or roasted chickpeas...but....that doesn't say you couldn't eat them, as I said, it all depends on the plan you follow (some are stricter than others).
My suggestion would be to do your research on different low carb plans....Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Ideal Protein, Paleo, Primal Blueprint and decide which works for you.
All the best to you!
