I'm ready to start Atkins induction. I'd like to get rolling tomorrow.
I have 5 kids of my own, dh is gone until the end of August (which is part of the reason I want to get started - I'd like to surprise him when he gets back

), and during the day (until summer break) I have 2 of my friend's kids. So, my time to search for info, as well as shop is *very* limited. I bought a copy of Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution about 6 months ago, and have read through it once again in the past few days.
I have small block of time tonite where I can actually get out of the house...
I'm thinking for supplements to get:
a multi-vitamin - the one I currently have includes iron, and I read on the Atkins web site to NOT include iron in the multi-vit
B-complex
calcium supplement with vitamin D- in the past I've been using Tums, but I'm thinking I need to pick something different because of the sugar content.
I cringe to even ask this, but can I get away with buying these supplements at Walmart? If so, any hints?
My other option would be GNC, which is a little pricey for my wallet right now.
I live in a small town, and the only health food store has very limited hours; there's no way I could get there before summer break.
Any advice and opinions are welcome & appreciated!
TIA,
