quick ? on fast food

Is it true I can eat a fast food hamburger without the bun? Even a Big Mac? (of course, no fries)

New to Low Carb and trying to feel my way around.

Thanks!
Heidi

Sure thing! AND you can have cheese and bacon with it too!
Unbelievable, isn't it?

Isn't there carbs in most fast food burger because they use fillers. It is not 100% ground beef. McDonald's burgers taste like more than meat, maybe bread product added. Wendy's tastes 100%, but who knows?

WENDY'S

I went to the Wendy's website and there they break down everything for you nutritional info for the buns, dressing, courtons for salads!
Excellent website to go to!

I usually get a BK Whopper w/cheese, no sauce. With all the lettuce they put on it, it's almost like eating a mini-salad along with it. It's awfully filling!!!

If you eat at mcdonalds or any other fast food joints it's best not to eat the processed cheese they use. it is not 100% fat and protein therefore i highly recommend you hold any cheese used!
