Ladies:
What is your favourite low carb cook book? I am new to this
regime but certainly not to dieting. I lost 100 pounds at weight
watchers 8 years ago but I have put half the weight back on.
I have to watch my fats because I have gall stones(from all
my yo-yo dieting throughout the years) but high protein and
veggies would be just fine but I do have to watch my intake of
fats.

there is a wonderful cookbood from fran McCulla I do not know how to spell her name but that will give you the idea. i just cook like normal but cut the carbs no potatoes. or bread.

I was cutting out potatos, pasta and white rice and going by the meat and two different veggies for dinner.

I am currently using Suzanne Somer's Eat Great, Lose Weight and have found several delicious recipes in it.

I also have several WW cookbooks that I am lowcarbing with.
