Rather Embarassing Q

I've been back in my tweak of Induction/Ph1 depending on what plan you are following since Monday. While I feel great and have a lot of energy, I'm hitting the bathroom A lot!!
Has anyone else had this happen? I'm thinking it might just be water weight coming off?

OMG me too, I was thinking it was just me & I was too scared to ask so i've been searching all kinds of low carb info & finally came across this topic, this is 1 side effect I can live without, I look forward to when this levels out.
