Okay...truthfully.....ummmmm lolol.
I'm trying to keep my carbs under 100 per day (suggestion from Ruthie - smooch!! )
Well I really don't eat breakfast I have 2 HUGE mugs of coffee and that last me until lunch..(I'm so busy I honestly don't have the time)....I dont use sugar just regular milk...milk does have carbs so I count that. BUT today I did have some eggbeaters, I don't measure I just make alot lol. No butter just pam.
For lunch I have plain cheese or chicken or turkey slices or a low fat yogurt. Stuffed peppers or stuffed cabbage...just one... Again I don't measure I just have a few slices. I'm snacking on beef jerky, handfull of nuts or cottage cheese w/pineapple (just 1/2 cup). Yesterday I had a salad with steak chopped on top - nummy (went out for lunch).
For dinner I eat what ever I make for hubby which can be ANYTHING, I just eat a little bit and try to keep the carbs low as possible. Keep your carbs to 1/2 cup of rice or potatoes and fill up on the meat and veggies. If I have bread its only one slice.
I have to admit I am hungry alot so I'm just trying to deal with it and keep busy and get alot of water in....its a definite help.
Don't forget I am at a high weight so it will come off easier now. When I was 170 lbs, it was a ***** to lose even 1 lb.
Main thing is not to eat after dinner which KILLS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
