Daily September 28.......

Hallo everyone.

Yes, it was my husband’s birthday mine is on the 12th May, however I felt very special receiving all that nice messages. Thanks guys.

I weighed myself this morning and it looks like I break through the 200’s zone my weight is now 199.46lb and IT FEELS GREAT!!!!

Cathy ~ congratulation with your birthday on the 22nd I hope you had a nice day. Remember we are as old as we feel. I am going to ask DH to help me this weekend to post a picture, I hope we succeed.
It is really great to be able to put a face to all the lovely names.

Jenniwookie ~ I feel the same about the scale, the first thing I do EVERY morning is go to the toilet and then get on the scale. For me, it bests to know exactly were I stand, so that I can plan my day. You have lost allot of weight, you must be very proud of yourself.

Dondar ~ it is really nice to have a doctor that you can talk with usually they cant wait to get to the next patient. Good luck with the new medication, I hope it has a positive affect on you.

Renee ~ I have the same problem with my bladder, If I sneeze or LOL my pants are wet. My husband really enjoys tickling me and then, he has a big laugh when I want to wet my pants. I told my gynecologist about this little problem, he had some very strange advise………

Well, I guess I must start working now,

Greating and love to all of you that I missed.

You guys must enjoy your weekend.

Good Morning, Hensa! Wow! You are now in ONEderland - congratulations.

I had a meeting last night that went on until 10, was asleep by 11 and wide awake by 3. So here I am. It may be an afternoon nap kind of day.

So dark and cold out there right now. Is it too early to start crabbing about the weather? In June the robins would be singing, it would be daylight and I'd be out in the garden. No daylight now until 7 a.m. Crab, crab, crab!

Anyhow, Hershey has been out and us now back sleeping on the bed so I will have a coffee and a long bath to start the day.

Happy TGIF, chickies.

Morning Hensa and Ruth,

I am glad it is Friday. I have my annual bussom squish tonight, oh joy! After that we will be going shopping at a Halloween store, the boys have not idea what they want to be yet. It will have to be simple this year as mom is a bit too tired to spend my evenings at the sewing machine.

oops Hensa, sorry about the bday mixup! Hope it was a happy day anyway!

Ruth, sounds like you and the mom to be should take an afternoon nap today.
Nice to hear from Linda.

Thanks to all for all your encouragement on my diagnosis and treatment. Forgot to mention that we discussed my irregular heartbeat. Ekg picked it up but holter monitor read normal. Apparently certain conditions can cause this and I certainly have been stressed with a co-worker from h*##. I just have to learn to deal with him

Hopefully op today.

A quick Friday HELLO!

Cool and clear in NY today- really feels like fall!

I am doing better eating the past 3 days, but it remains a huge struggle, over and over. I have a hard time avoiding fast food, or junk when I let myself get even a little bit hungry. I have packed a protien shake made with coffee and half and half the past 2 days and that really helped! And made a bowl of cut up romaine lettuce ready for the dressing as soon as I get in the door at night! I am starving when I get home and easily would drive thru some place for something horrible- "do you want fries with that?" Well, of course I do, and an apple pie, too!

Not today. Just canadian bacon and eggs, chicken thighs for lunch, and steak for dinner. Made the sf pudding last night with extra whipped cream- that saved me!

Big Flylady plans this weekend- I think the spiders have build condos under the bed, as I have gotten 2 itchy bites on my leg and arm in the past week. I guess it's time to move the bed and vacuum and dust better under there!

Have a great day,
dottie

Well, I am still struggling away with TOM, thank goodness my dr's appt. is today. I have gone on a chocolate and steak binge?? so I have no idea the damage that's going on. Can't seem to help myself there, but hopefully I can be much more committed after this **** is over!

Good news yesterday--my sister-in-law called me to tell me that her mucous plug came out yesterday morning and that her doctor said the baby is going to come this week! I am so excited--I'm ready and raring to go to the hospital--2 1/2 hours away! I just hope she doesn't have the baby before I get there. The plan has been worked out for months, I'm dropping off Miree at my grandma's and picking up my mother on the way to Toronto. Now how excited are we?

Have a great OP day everyone!

Brrrrrrr....

It's cold here this morning - the thermostat in the house read a chilly 59 degrees.... so the furnace is on.

I'm doing well. I'm hoping to get my butt in gear to paint the kid's room today... and tomorrow is our garage sale, so there's plenty of exercise in store for me and mine!

I'm back on program, and it feels great (if hungry!!!)

Love to you all! Keep up the great work!

Karen

Happy, Happy Friday to all!!

I am overjoyed that it is Finally Friday!!!;)

It has been a hellacious week. I am taking al oing lunch from work and meeting the nanny and kids for lunch and we are going to the photo studio and pick up their pictures, If I can figure it out I will post one of them later!!

My scale died so I do not know where I am weight wise. I am going to buy one tonite. I think one of those fancy ones with the fat % calculator. That will be scary!!

I have been eating soso....not terrible, not great. somewhere in the middle.

No big plans for the weekend, it sounds like everyone is having a happy, busy day!!

Take care everyone!

TGIF!

Good morning everyone!

It's absolutely gorgeous here today. About 40 degrees at 8am, but the doors are open (I love the fresh air) and the coffee is hot, hot, hot!

Hensa - it is nice to know there is someone else out there who has the same thoughts on the scale that I do. Sometimes I swear there is a boogie-man living in there trying to sabotage my efforts!

Jenny - good luck with that annual boob squish. I haven't had to experience one yet, but I can only imagine what FUN it is! :dizzy:

Dottie - good luck today with staying OP. You've done great these last three days. I understand the fast food thing tho. My 4 year old LOVES "Donny's" (McDonalds) and it's also so hard for me to resist. Needless to say, since I've started this program she doesn't get to go nearly as much. But, I seem to think that is probably a GOOD thing!

Pooky - It is so exciting that a new baby is coming in to your life! Aren't they the sweetest, purest little things? I hope your schedule with your sister-in-law works out. Good luck to her!

Casey - Have fun painting!

We are making the final preparations for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary party. My little one's are really excited about a "party". They think it's too cool.

The day is filled will errands. I absolutely have to find some shoes! Have any of you experienced that when you loose weight, your shoe size changes too? That's what I get for not trying them on at the stores! :dizzy:

Happy weekend everyone! Enjoy it! Remember to take a minute to enjoy your surroundings! Hug your kids and your animals!

Cold and Wet here too!

Well its not warm out, and Ruth I totally understand the dark mornings dread, I love the summer sun,, and in June we get 21 hours of sunshine and 3 of darkness, which is great! (unless you want the kidlets to sleep in!)

Doing great , op, drinking my H20, and my jeans are much less tight than Monday, I have given up the scale thing, sorry, its just to hard to read and seems to control me, so I threw it out!

My four babies, okay so only one is an actual baby, are good, My oldest has been grumpy as a bear lately, but otherwise all is good. Oh except my littlest guy is a monster, he dumped out all the shampoo into the tub last week and this morning he dumped all Dad's gold bond powder all over the carpet. Ugh!

Terrible two, he is!

Well have a great op weekend, I am helping with our annual fall supper, and since there are so many meats on the menu I should be fine, and dandy!

I can do this, so can you!

Suzanne
