Hump Day S-U-C-C-E-S-S Challenge!

  • I am recommiting myself to my plan and going for my goal! I am doing CALP and here's the menu:

    B: Coffee, 4 pieces Canadian bacon
    L: none
    D: taco salad
    S/B: ringolos, pb& J, cheese
    3 bottles of water
    Today's goal is to finish all the laundry, clean the dishes, take the neighbour's dog for a nice long walk, and begin to clean out the front flower bed. Although this may not be "exercise" in it's truest form, I am so busy chasing after my 2 year old that I have no problem in the exercise department!

    L. Chicken soup - yummy stock from yesterday with low carb
    veggies, my fake egg noodles and a small chicken breast
    diet yoghurt
    a peach
    D. BBQ pork skewers - soy marinade again! However, we need
    to use them up!
    spaghetti squash
    green beans - yes, again but we love them
    cherry tomatoes sauteed with pesto

    Goal - to move around more and get rid of the stiff aching body
    - start a Christmas chore list
    - walk Hershey over to the Fair Office and back - not far but I
    do hurt
    - freeze the rest of the peaches before the fruit flies win!
  • Day 6 back OP

    B - 3 slices bacon
    L - lemon butter chicken breast
    D - think it will be turkey breast & salad
    S - decaff coffee with cream, Sweet & Low

    Wasn't able to wake up this AM to exercise, plan to do a toning video & walk tonight. I've had 100 oz water so far today, shooting for 50-100 more.
