Thought that I had better share the good news with you all too!

Jiff was put on lasix (sp) a diuretic, a couple of days ago and has lost all the weight she had gained since being in the hospital. She has been moved to a different room where the care is much better and she continues on her 800 calorie diet. Jiff looked really good today! As some of you know, it has been a rough week but things are finally looking a bit more encouraging.

Just a side note to those chicks who are newer: Jiff is my real life sister. She has no choice but to have a surgical by-pass. Presently she is not a good surgical candidate and needs to lose about 30 pounds and be mobile to have the surgery.
She needs a major tune up!!!

Peach I am so glad to hear that. I have to admit that i was really worried, but am glad that things are looking better. I will still keep her in my prayers, and have her in my thoughts during the day. Give her my love and a huge hug and kiss for me, then take one for you too. Thanks for the news.

I have to admit that I have tears in my eyes and goosebumps on my arms! I AM SO VERY DOGGONE GLAD to hear the good news!
