I am in. I will start tomorrow (it is 1030PM now). I will make sure it is something, be it a walk outside, or dancing in the living room with my kids. And if I really feel motivated, maybe I will do my Tae-Bo.

Five minutes? Okay, I can do that!
Although I'm feeling a bit yucky I KNOW I can handle at least five minutes of extra movin', shakin' or jigglin'. Even if it's to loud music and the vacuum cleaner!

I did a 25 minute aerobic video this morning & I plan to go to Curves after work. If not, I'll do a toning video at home & if I have time, take a walk after dinner tonight.
Once you get into the habit of exercising you feel so much better, physically and emotionally, & believe it or not you'll miss it when you don't do it. I would never in a million years have believed that I, the quintessential couch potato, would miss exercise. But I do. I even exercise on vacation!
Try it, you'll like it.

I'm in.
I will add an extra few minutes a day onto my three times a week water workouts. It's time I started trying to do more land-based exercises to build up my strength for walking around the sights of Edinburgh next month.
By the way last week I began to CLIMB the stairs from the swimming pool to the rec center's lobby instead of taking the elevator. This is not easy after a 45 minute workout followed by a soak in a warm whirpool but it's getting easier each time.

Of all the things that I started i managed to do it wrong. I managed to not do the exercises today. I have been on the run all day so no time to do anything. but i am doing my personal trainer tomorow.

I went to Curves last night but didn't walk. I also couldn't wake up for my morning video, but plan on a 50 minute aerobics video tonight.

Sue~~
You are such an inspiration!! You have succeeded in making me feel guilty! Where is liatris and dottiejon when I need them? LOL
Susie and I have committed! So back to the gym I go! We've determined that due to my busy schedule, her Dh's work schedule and kids that we MUST go at approx 8:30-9:00 a.m.. So, tomorrow morning we are there! Now, it may only start out with 30 minutes on the bikes and tread mills, but it's a committed buddy system start! Sure wish I lived closer to my Houston 3fc chicks for company!
We've got a 30 day goal....so watch out cause she ain't gonna beat me!

Sue~~Watching might count!!!
If you broke out in a sweat! LOL
Hey, I'm interested! I may not be able to do the "learned" belly moves but would love to know where you found it! Come on, I did the "Latin Jiffgle" and didn't know anything about the "Salsa"!
Share, please? It may help on the off days!
