They reccomend low carbs and strength training as well as aerobic activity. (And their workout only takes 30 minutes!)
Muscle burns fat, so if you are just walking you need to add some kind of strength training. (Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so as the inches go down your weight might not go down as quickly at first)
We weigh and measure evry month, and I'm telling you, these women are losing! (AND I will be too now that I've found you guys for support!
