A cry for help? Even just a whimper?
I SOOOOOO want to binge right now...downing water like it's going out of style, just had a snack of rice cakes, had a nice toasted tomato and lettuce sandwich with a <i>scraping</i> of mayo and a couple slices of old cheddar (on flaxseed bread, no less) for lunch, and I am still so HUNGRY. Well, maybe I'm not hungry, but my brain sure seems to think I am... I need HELP.
For the second day in a row I have managed to do 30 minutes on the Precor elliptical, and about that, I feel great, but then I want to eat away all the fruits of my labour! ACCCCCCHHHHH!!!! Help!! |
those rice cakes are the kiss of death for me. the benefit of lowering my carbs is my blood sugar is more stable, and I am not so hungry all the time. I would eat some protein and a little fat if you're hungry. I am eating fruit also, but have to have some cheese with it, or plan to be hungry in 2 hours! cottage cheese, hb egg, even a sf yogurt works for me.
