a great low carb yogurt!
 

hello im kaitikat and i have a great low carb yogurt that is great!
its called Light 'n Fit Carb Control. its made by Dannon.
it has 3g of carbs per container!
it has 60 calories per container!
that flavors are strawberries 'n cream, peaches 'n cream, and vanilla.

i hope u all try them... they are all so good!

hi kaity- I have tried these, too. I don't think they're that good, but I am buying them anyway! I liked one for an emergency snack or "sweet" taste. I haven't had the peach yet, but I thought the vanilla was better than the strawberry(or was it raspberry?) They're pretty small, too.

On maintenece or if you're eating more carbs, I think you can do better to have a real sugar free, fat free yougurt, they're 90 or 100 calories and twice the size and taste better!

It's funny how our tastes all vary. This yogurt was the only low carb food I haven't liked. I took three bites to give it a chance and then trashed it. I'm not a picky eater which probably explains why I am dieting right now BUT this yogurt was nasty to me. I really thought it would be rich and creamy because you can have whole milks and such, but it was runny and not flavorful...to me.

I ordered my high protein powder online this time because it costs half of what the health food stores charge. I ordered Isopure. It is 0 carbs and 50 grams of protein per serving. They shipped it out the day I ordered it. I can't wait till it gets here. I also ordered Davinci's syrups...peach, kahlua, and egg nog. I ordered Baja Bob's strawberry margarita mix and pina colada mix. I hope it gets here before we leave on vacation Friday.
