Hi everyone.

I wasn't sure where to post this and after reading some of the posts here, well I'll give it a shot.
I am sort of on a low-carb diet but not strictly. I am mainly just cutting my portions in half and avoiding as much sugar, salt and fat that I can. I am also trying to keep carbs to a minimum but I do eat them in some form or another 3 times a day. Since I have started this new diet, I have been having some very nasty headaches that seem to come around 3 pm or later and last the rest of the day, no matter what, until I go to sleep.
I know I am drinking enough water. I bumped myself up to 64oz or more per day, when I used to just drink maybe 15-20. I eat small amounts about 5 or 6 times a day, but I am satisfied, not full, with my portions although I am hungry 2-3 hours later. I drink a cup of green tea in the morning for caffiene so I just can't figure out whats causing it. Nothing seems to help, no aspirin, extra water or anything.
I was a huge sweets, junkfood, carb eater and while my cravings are controllable and really not bad at all, I am wondering if my headaches the result of such drastic change?
Any thoughts or suggestions? I will list what I eat on an average day and maybe that will give you an idea of wether this is it or not.
B: 2 eggs, fried hard (no salt or butter) w/ pepper and mustard on 2 pieces of toast. Water and a banana or fruit.
AM snack: either yogurt, cheese or fruit with some form of protein in lunch meat or fresh meat.
L: meat like tuna or turkey in a salad w/ dressing and crackers or a couple pieces of bread.
Pm Snack: same as AM
Dinner, whatever happens to be planned that night. My portion sizes are whatever can fit on a salad plate, in addition too as much salad as I want.
I may or may not have something small like fat free pudding for dessert closer to bed time.
Anyways, sorry to ramble, any info would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
