Vitamin/supplement Help Needed!!!!
 

Hi to everyone..............I need some help please. I'm about to start the Atkins, I'm just getting myself prepared as I want to give this a full-shot and not just half measurers! What supplements or vitamins do I need to stock up on? Would a general multi-vit do?

Terri - check your book! There's lots of info on the different supplements you may need/want and why. There's also info on what to avoid. Get very familiar with the book before you start this!

I agree with Star. Dr. Atkins wrote quite a bit about vitamins and supplements. Check out the Atkins website too, they have lots of information there.
I take the ones that they sell under the Atkins name. I figure, he knew what we needed and they manufacturer them according to his specifications. You can buy them at Walmart.
