Evening everyone!!
Well..I know it has been a long time since I posted last. I just wanted to keep you all up to date on my progress.
When I last talked to you all I was 225 pounds and Type 2 diabetic. I started eating low-carb and sugarbusters. I also started walking on a treadmill my husband bought me. As of today, I am walking 3 to 5 miles a day in the mornings. I have went down to 170 lbs!!

I went to the doctor and all my blood sugars are normal now. I am now wearing a size 14 Jeans and Large shirts and I was wearing Size 2x shirts and 20 jeans! I think I look and feel better than I have in years. I did this all in 4 months!! Ladies and Gentlemen, Low-carb, Atkins, and Sugarbusters does work. Yes..I still have about 20 lbs to go but right now I feel the best I have in many years!
