Good morning fullfig.

Congrats on surpassing your GPC goal! I still have 3 pounds to go, but I might still make it. Can't post long today. I have to go judge cheerleading tryouts. I told the coach that if I had to judge at 7:00 a.m., I'm taking off 5 points for perkiness. She walked in about 5 minutes ago with a cup of coffee for me. Wonder why?

Have a great day!

Karla

fullfig your on fire. You're gonna pass me up before long.
Tippurr, you're doing great. You're only 3 pounds away from meeting your goal.
I've lost one more but probably won's lose the other 8 to meet my goal by halloween. I'm gonna do my best. Even if I don't, I'm a lot lighter than I was when we started. We should all be proud. For once it's great to be among losers!

Today is a good day for me.I was doing so good all week and I had to eat a bunch of carbs for breakfast due to a low blood sugar, so I was feeling a little defeated. I just weighed and I finally lost 2 more pounds.I have 2 more to go to get to my first goal.

OK...I wanna know why no one told me how TOTALLY BIZARRE the body flex program is. I'm going to try it for 2 weeks and see, but I have to say, "I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT!!!!!!" DD was nearly rolling on the floor when I popped the tape in for the first time. If it works, I'll be an advocate of the program, but if it doesn't, I think I'll have "sucker" tatooed to my forehead. On the upside, doing the "aerobic breathing" and/or the face and neck stretching excercises in public would be a great way to embarass my 11-year-old.

i actually ban my husband from the living room when i'm doing any kind of exercise tape - i get to worried about getting into a position that will forever burned into his memory - and i'm not talking in a good way!

I'm pretty sure I did mention how ridiculous the face and neck exercises are. On the upside, I have noticed my jowls aren't quite as floppy since I've been doing them and I have definitely lost fat from my neck and the roll of fat on the back of my head just above the collar has disappeared. Give it a chance.
Another thing I've noticed is that I'm finally starting to FEEL something when I clench in my gut. This didn't happen until I started tightening my butt and pressing my thighs together at the same time while holding my breath after the PAH!

Can someone explain what BODY FLEX really is? Never seen it or heard of it? I understand it's an exercise videotape? Who/what/when/where/how!

Thanks.

Froufy, I believe the website is www.bodyflex.com. It's cheaper to buy from HSN, though I'm not sure if they ship to Canada or not. The website explains the program. Greer Childers is the creator.
