That was very helpful, Froufy, and you posted it at just the right time for me. I am taking heart that the changes I've been making to my lifestyle are more benefit to me than any fluctuations on the damned bathroom scale. Looser clothing, better strength and flexibity and endurance are all much more important than a number . Thank you.
