good afternoon, supersized, and to all that follow. i've been sick since thursday, so only exercised monday through thursday last week. progress on scale has been super slow this week, with a loss of only .4. i hope y'all all have a great monday.

I'm on fast track this morning as Gail comes to clean in less than an hour and Harry is still asleep. I may have to blast to get him up. On the other hand, maybe I'll just send in the dogs!

I had WI this morning. I'm down another 2 pounds this week. DH worked Saturday but we went to the cabin on Sunday. We raked and burned leaves and visited with our neighbors. They were having their annual fall get-together. It was a good day.

No losses for me this week. :( Still, I'm feeling a lot firmer and some of my clothes are fitting a lot looser so even though the tape measure and the scale aren't registering a change, I can tell there are subtle differences. Darn, I HATE subtle. I want DRAMATIC!!

i hear ya, linda. i was so bummed yesterday to only see a .4 loss for the week. you are doing so well with bodyflex and the pool though. your body is rearranging. hang in there and keep up the hard work. have a great day--you deserve it!
