I just wanted to tell you chicks that I just tried Russell Stover's new Low Carb candy. It's divine! I had 1 Peppermint Patty and 1 pecan delight. They are sooooo good!
Watch out only have one or two a day, it will trick your body into thinking that it is ok and start the cravings. best to stay away unless TOM is there then dark chocolate is good for helping with the cravings.
I've tried it too and it is awesome. I tried the toffee sticks. I found that I was only eating 2 sticks at a time instead of the 4 stick serving size. RS makes the best sf candy that I've tried.
In myt drug store they have small bars of dark chocolate in a low carb variety. not bad but limit the eating to just a few bites just enough to get rid of the carvings.
