No loss for me,,, but no big surprise. Actually up 2lbs. I haven't been sticking with the program most of the week. Went to Claim Jumpers on Thursday, they have the biggest best dinners anywhere. Wasn't too good for the other days of the week either. Oh well. This last week is the first cheat I have had in over a month. Maybe this will help me break that plateau.

I'm down a teeny, tiny bit....looks like around 1 lb! (190.2)...I am hoping to break thru to the 180's this week..but TOM around the corner and hoping that does not wreak to much havoc with my weight loss!

After a scary increase yesterday (water retention due to some salty stuff) I'm down 1.5 lb this morning. I still haven't measured but will have to do that tomorrow.

I can't remember my starting weight but I know I'll be thrilled if I get down to 272 which is what I weighed at this time last year dang it. Today I weighed in at 278.5 . It's taken me a whole year to lose what I gained over the holidays last year but I'm almost there.

I'm going to start a new thread so be sure to post to The Great Pumpkin Hallowe'en Challenge Week 6.

well, finally metamucil is coming through... i've dropped 2 lbs, putting me at 190. now i only have 5 more to go on the gpc challenge.
