Default Weekly Food Log Sept 15-21

Here we go!

Breakfast:
2 slices cheddar (.5)
decaf w/cream (1.5)
=2

Lunch:
tuna w/mayo (.5)
salad (3)
italian dressing (1.2)
sf jello (.3)
=5

Snack:
diet soft drink (1)
1 oz sunflower seeds (3)
=4

Dinner:
ground beef w/veggies (3)
1/3 c. grated cheese (.5)
1/2 c. plain yogurt w/sf chocolate sauce (5)
6 blueberries (1)
=9.5

20.5 total for the day - not enuf water tho. TOM is here...so while I have weighed myself (194.2)....I await a lower number by the end of the week (please, pretty please? )

i don't know how long i'll actually stick with writing what i eat. i don't really keep a close eye on how many carbs i'm eating. i just know pretty much what i can and cannot have. anyway, here goes:

breakfast:
1 oz of colby jack

lunch:
1/2 chicken breast grilled on george
3 deviled egg halves ( mayo, mustard, tabasco--filling)

supper:
3 cups salad greens
6 bacon strips
2 oz cheddar cheese
2-3 T Caesar Bacon dressing

drank lots of water, took prenatal vitamin

I also have a headache, may be due to: allery/sinuses?....lack of sleep? (couldn't fall asleep last nite)....or hormonal (usually have headaches during TOM)....take your pick!

Breakfast:

1/3 c. blueberries (6)

Lunch:
3 hard boiled eggs (1.8)
mayo (.7)
celery sticks and red pepper strips (2)
caesar dip (1.2)

Dinner (dh working late....no not much cooking!)

decaf w/cream (2)
=5.6

Total: 18.8 ....and hoping to keep the water bottle on my desk busy!....and weight down during TOM??? very wierd, but I'll take it! (193.4)

WEDNESDAY

Lunch: Don't rememer eating
Dinner: Chicken/Shrimp and a little Pasta (10)
Water: NOT MUCH

Breakfast: Waffles and liver pudding (YES I SAID WAFFLES - low-carb (7)
Lunch: Turkey Taco Salad (6)
Dinner: Steak, peanut butter (6)
Water: NOT MUCH

didn't feel like eating much today.

lunch:
2 cups salad greens w/few tomatoes and onions

snack:
1/2 cup skim milk w/ 1 t of chocolate syrup (maybe a little less-- hated to throw dd's milk.)

Total: 27.....just a bit over...and getting stressed due to job interview tomorrow am!!!! - time to study!

Monday:
Meal 1: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Meal 2: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Meal 3: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Meal 4: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Drank 2 liters of water
Took Atkins Basic 3, Essential Oils, Accel, and Dieter's Advantage

Tuesday:

Meal 1: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Meal 2: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Meal 3: 2 deviled eggs made with 2 tsp mayo and tabasco

Meal 4: 2 oz cream cheese

Drank 2 aspartame diet sodas*
Took Atkins Basic 3, Essential Oils, Accel, and Dieter's Advan

*needed caffeine for sinus headaches.

OHMYGOD supersized...you are going to turn into a chicken....cluk cluk!...wow good for you. I bet the fast fat is challenging...and you gotta love those devilled eggs!

I may be sprouting feathers. Cream cheese is also a favorite. The FF is a rough the first 2-3 days then not as bad. It's a good jumpstart.

Wednesday
Meal 1: 2 oz cream cheese

Meal 2: 2 oz cream cheese

Meal 3: 2 deviled eggs with 2 tsp of mayo

Drank 3 aspartame-free diet sodas and no water (bad me).
Took Atkins vitamins

...ahh I see we have switched to cream cheese...with the occasional devilled egg snack....wise move!

Thursday (up early to prep for job interview and barely slept so I'm already yawning).

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs w/butter/cream (1.7)

Lunch:
hamburger patty (0)
salad (3)
ranch dressing (1)
diet soft drink (1)
sf jello (.1)
=5.1

Snack:
1 oz cheddar cheese (.5)
iced decaf coffee w/splenda & cream (2.5)
=3

Dinner: probably eating out due to ds band jamming session from 6:30 - 8 pm...too noisy to digest food!

Also still dropping weight as TOM ends - this is WONDERFUL AND AMAZING...I AM SO THRILLED ....looks like 191.8 - is that possible??? Hope this stays low (or lower... )

Dinner (Red Lobster!)
ceasar salad (4)

brocolli (3)

Later:
decaf w/cream (2)

Total: 28.8

Sunday:
up about .75 lb, but I'm optimistic this will come off for tomorrow's official weigh-in!

1/2 c. cottage cheese (4.6)...my first time!
1/2 green onion/4 radishes (2)
sour cream (1.4)
decaf w/cream (2)
=10

Snack:
1/3 c mousse (2)
1/4 c. honeydew (4)
