My name is Victoria, I am 49 years old, married , one teenage son. I weigh 282 lbs and I am following a lower carb diet. I posted a profile over at the 100 board. I eat out of emotions and have been trying to deal wiith the issues that cause me to overeat. I want to get down to 150-165 as I am 5'7. I started with a 15 minute walk this morning and plan to take another one after dinner.

Welcome Victoria, glad you made your way over to our neck of the woods. Anything you want to know, please feel free to ask, there is an amazing amount of low carb knowledge running around here. There's also plenty of successes small, and large to inspire you. Personally, these ladies have made the difference between me being what I am now, what I will be and the person I was a mere 2 months ago. The more you post, the more it helps, look forward to getting to know you better.
