A Small MultiVitamin?

Quite question ladies, does anyone know of a low carb friendly multivitamin that isn't the size of a horsepill? I have great trouble swollowing pills (see monster tonsel problem in the daily  ) and usually end up cutting it into little bits or chewing the dang thing. Any suggestions?

sorry tummy, i'm not aware of any small ones--other than the ones for kids, which adults can take, according to box

one a days are tiny. but i gotta tell ya, as a wls person who can't swallow anything larger than an M&M i refuse to torture myself with horse pills. i use centrum rugrats chewables!!!!

i'd read you the label, but i can't read the tiny print without my glasses and i have no idea where they are at the moment.

there are also some liquid vitamins available, but i haven't found one that didn't make me gag.

keep looking!!!!

i take (drink) the cranberry flavored liquid vitamins, diluted somewhat with very cold water. that works for me. (it's pretty sour so the dilution helps a lot.) i just can't swallow those huge pills, either.

Thank you ladies I never even thought of the kids chewables, or liquid ones for that matter. Real duh moment for me, I still take liquid antibiotics when I get infections, so I really should have thought of that one. I'm off to go hunting today see if I can find something I can swollow. Thank you again.
