Just wondering about other people and their Low Carb success stories. I have only been doing this WOE for 25 days (with one weekend off due to over-doing it on the martinis) and I feel like such a changed person, even tho I've only lost about 10 pounds (not that I'm complaining!). I have also lost my near-chronic heart burn and indigestion and my face - wow, my skin is GLOWING!
My husband has lost more weight than I have, his stomach issues have just disappeared. And his skin is glowing as well.
We both notice that we have more energy and sleep better. My 2 pm omigoshI'mgoingtodieifIdon'thaveanap slump is GONE!
So, besides the obvious inches and pounds you've LOST, what have you GAINED on Low Carb? How long have you been doing it? And do you see this is a long term lifestyle for yourself (I do).
