I asked this on the FAQ board, but it doesn't seem to get a lot of traffic, so I'll give it a go here as well.
I know that I should aim to be in ketosis during induction and that it will take a few days to get there BUT - when I switch to ongoing weight loss, am I still trying to be in ketosis? Am I only adding in carbs as long as I stay in ketosis? I've checked the book and site and can't find an answer.
Also, on average, how long should I expect it to take to get into ketosis?
