    Breakfast: Coffee w/ cream (can't give up caffeine yet)

    Lunch: Chicken salad

    Snack: 1 ounce cheese

    Dinner: Turkey & ham rollups
  • Yesterday:

    L nothing...was busy in yard, lost track of time
    S string cheese stick
    D sauteed fish and shrimp, dinner salad, steamed veggies
    S Popcorn (doesn't seem to affect me)

    Today:

    B Atkins Cinnamon Bun Bar

    L Garden salad with boiled shrimp and boiled egg, with creamy cilantro dressing

    S string cheese stick

    D sauteed chicken with lemon cream sauce, endive gratin
