Fat Flush

I've scrolled back through a number of pages of entries and can't see anything on this.

It's a low carb approach.

Has anyone tried it? Heard anything about it?

I tried it for a couple of months last summer and found I really, REALLY missed having salt on my food. You are supposed to drink unsweetened cranberry juice (I bought mine at a health food store) but you dilute it so it's really cran-water. 8 glasses a day of this plus water. The whole idea of FF is to cleanse your liver of all toxins. The author (Gittleman) is really into all natural foods and she even recommends that you buy only grass fed beef and all organic veggies and you are even told to wash all your food, including meat and eggs, in a Clorox bath. That seemed a bit extreme to me so I didn't bother. There is also a whole array of vitamins that she thinks you should be taking and, of course, you can get a deal at some health food supply websites.
Anyhow, after six weeks and only about 6 lb lost, I gave it up. Some people at that website above are doing very well on it though.
