I see alot of the posts here are about doing atkins. I am curious if anyone is doing somersizing. I want to start next week and am trying to find support. Anyone out there?

Finally! Someone who is only an hour behind me!

I am currently on the Atkins induction. I will finish on the 25th...After that I would like to move to the more "generous" sommersizing. Besides, I hate not being able to eat my fruits!

I can join you at that point!

I tried the sommersizing and it didn't work for me. It was all to confusing. But I wish you all the luck!

Some of the chicks on the Lowcarb Freestyle thread do or did Sommercizing. I checked it out and found the food combos and timing too awkward.
