Hi Low Carber's
I am pretty new here but have been low carbing ( or trying to for awhile...) I have pcos so I know low carb is right for me.
Trouble is, I have a really hard time sticking to it!
However, today I am all fired up 'cause I just found the Schwarzbein Principle book at Borders ( I don't buy books -I just sit and read and take notes ~ sorry to any publisher's out there

)
This plan seems really easy to follow and compeletly livable -even the "healing plan" which is the introductory time (like atkins induction phase but not as strict)
Is anybody else doing or familiar with Schwarzbein's plan?
I'd like to hear what you all think
