    week 3 N/A (don't know what I did last week)
    week 4 265 !!! going thr right way again!!!
  • Still the same. Depressingly FAT even though I've been OP. I'm calling it new muscle because I really have increased my strength training and number of lengths swam at the pool. My clothes feel a bit looser too.

    Somehow I feel like I'm chasing my own tail. But after my assessment yesterday I'm still happy with it.
  • Well, I don't know about the pounds, but my pants fell down today! Buttoned and zipped, they slipped right down over my hips. Dang, now I've got to find another pair of comfy khaki's. Not a bad thing, huh??
  • Down 3pounds from last Wednesday. Tops scales
