I'm new here and going to start the Schwarzbein Principal soon (have to get rid of the high carb stuff first). Has anyone been on this plan..and if so could you offer some advice.

I do believe there are some here on that woe. I will say that many are verys imilar but we do not care what diet you chose. we all support each other.

don't tell anyone on that other board that this is my reall home. These chicks are so full of good sound information that reading it is almst a must, of course sometimes it gets a littly crazy.

You have nothing to worry about. I only come here for the PCOS board...cause I'm struggling with this PCOS stuff...but I figured I would just wander on over here and see what you ladies were talking about...and I was kinda surprised to find you...but you know me...the other board is my real home.
