I found this great websit called fitday.com. You can plug in all of your food eaten in a day and it keeps a carb count for you. You can also journal.

It has been great for me. I have been using the site about 2 weeks now.

I'm a fitday addict. Nothing goes in my mouth without being logged into fitday. I've used it for over a year now and it's the one weightloss tool that I think would be worth any amount, but since it's free, it's even better!
