What's to drink?

Help!
I am having absolutely no trouble with cravings for or feeling deprived of any kind of food...but I miss my fruit juice! I was so excited when I found that Crystal Lite doesn't have any carbs...until I read the Atkins piece on sweetners.
What have you all found to drink aside from water (in all of its many forms) and diet pop...that doesn't contain asparteme? I don't drink sodas, coffee, tea, etc. I was just a total water and juice junkie and now I really, really miss the juice!
The only thing I can come up with is koolaid made with splenda - but splenda is still a gram of carb per packet - it would have to be pretty watered down.
All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Casey

The RC diet sodas are made with Splenda I believe...I think I heard that here. I drink Crystal light but in moderation...I love the tangerine strawberry and the ruby red grapefruit - anyone else have any ideas...water water water :D

I drink a lot of extremely watered down ice tea AND I 'spice' up water by adding 1/2 slice of orange/lemon/lime or cuke to my HUGE glass. It helps it go down quicker and it just feel a bit like something special.

Another drink I just discovered - I am probably way behind the times:dizzy: but the Diet Arizona Teas and drinks are made with Splenda and quite tasty!!!

My current favorite is Faygo Sparkling waters. They come in Raspberry, Orange, Cherry, Grapefruit, lime and natural. The Nutritional label contains all zero's.

Love the stuff! :D

Flavored Seltzer Waters, they are 0 everything :D
Raspberry and Lemon/Lime are wonderful.

Fruit 2/0

Is made with Splenda, 0 calories, 0 carbs. I get it at Sam's for a little less than $10 a case. The Sam's case comes in lemon, orange, raspberry and Strawberry. It is non carbonated and quite delicious. Kroger also carries it at $2.99 a six pack. They carry the regular flavors as well as peach and grape.

Wal-Mart and K-Mart carry carbonated fruit waters that I believe are also sweetened with sucralose. They are less expensive and good also but not as good as the Fruit 2/0.

I know that u read that Crystal lite isn't good, but here is what I do and it sure does help, mind u I don't do it ALL the time, but once or twice a day I don't think would hurt....

I fill up a big glass with water and ice, then I use a tiny amount of Crystal lite (my favorite is the raspberry tea) and I add it to the water. I use ONLY enough to tinge the water a different color. It sure helps with taste! I would say that for every 24 ozs of water (I have some big glasses I use lol) I don't use anymore then 1/8 of a teaspoon..if that. then as I drink my water down about half way I fill it back up with water only....so its weaker then before but still has taste.

Anyway, works for me and helps me down the huge amount of water that we are advised to drink.

Good luck:dizzy:

There are various herbal teas that will brew in cold water - pretty much any fruity flavor will, peppermint will - that taste pretty good with no sweeteners. Better than plain water at least! I have some quart-sized widemouth bottles that I'll fill with water and two tea bags and set to "brew" anywhere between 1/2 an hour and over night. (You'd think you'd need more than 2 bags for a quart of water but 2 works just fine for me!)

One of my faves is Celestial Seaonings Tangerine-Orange Zinger. I'm fond of the Celestial Seaonings bags in lage part because I've never had one bust and spew the contents into my drink! :D
