1,001 Low Carb Recipes E-Book
 

If anyone is interested, there is an e-book with 1,001 low carb recipes available. It says the introductory price is $8.99, but that expires the 19th - tonight!? Maybe they will extend it. It sounds like it could be good.

this is the before and after PP Picts site. when you get the link go to the left side and click on the diannias cook book. it is al formatted and really in a good shape that is where i get most of my recipies. it is good. very creative.

horrible!! I crashed badly when the puter went down (it was not being in tough with all you guys) now just trying to shake the dust off and get back OP!!! I did great for 6 weeks now just to repeat that.

By the way to pring out the book it is about 120 pages just so you know.
